Tony Jones:

Tony joined the Air Force in 1980, served with the 8^th Special Operations Squadron as an Electronic Warfare Officer, flying MC-130’s.  He also served in Desert Storm / Desert Shield and Operation Iraqi Freedom. 

During Iraqi Freedom, he was the Director of the Personnel Recovery Cell.  Now retired, he is the Director of Operations for CRI Counter Terrorism School and an Instructor in Executive Protection, Diplomatic Security, EMT-Tactical Medic  and  Technical Surveillance Countermeasures. He has protected both military and business leaders all over the world.

Richard Emanuele JR was born in New Jersey where he first learned negotiation skills by starting his own businesses. At the age of 18, he moved to LA to persue an acting career and began his real estate career by managing an  80-unit mid-rise complex. He then became a location manager scouting locations for companies like Warner Bro, 20th Century, ABC, NBC, and others. 

In 2004, he moved to Las Vegas and put his Real Estate skills to work in buying his own properties. He was hired in 2006 as the sales executive for a 275-unit highrise. He went on become the senior case manager for several different locally-based law firms, successfully negotiating loan modifications and short sales. He became known as “The Solution” to under water properties. He is now one of the top 3 short sale agents in all of Nevada.

All of our properties are photographed in color and feature a panoramic/multi-image format that is the film industry standard. LVL will set up appointments for any properties you wish to view in person. Once you decide on the location you want, we negotiate a fair price. Our location contracts are specific in addressing the needs of producers as well as homeowners. Our on site location representatives are well trained and work tirelessly to make all our shoots run as smoothly as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:

After you have submitted your photos, we will contact you to let you know if your property has been accepted. If so, we will send you a Listing Agreement. Once we have received your signed Listing Agreement, we will photograph your property for our files. Please let us know if you are listed with any other location services. If not, we will send you an exclusive Listing Agreement.

Once you are in our files, we will promote your property to a wide range of film industry professionals. Your photos will be put on our searchable website, which allows industry experts to quickly find your property.

If a client is interested in your property, CAST will contact you to schedule a viewing appointment, and hopefully soon after, to set up a film shoot!  You can expect to make anywhere from $1000 to $5000 per day (or more) depending on the size and uniqueness of your property and the type of project it is working for.
